I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and with over 9 years of training and experience I am able to work with most mental health issues such as; anxiety, depression, worrying, fears, low self esteem, low self worth or just generally feeling you would like some guidance in where to go with life. Overall there are many reasons people seek therapy, maybe you feel sad, have panic attacks, struggle with social anxiety or struggling with family and relationship issues?

I am an integrative Counsellor combing multiples models of therapy; Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic and Guided Imagery. These can be tailored to your needs or preferences in how you would like to work.
I am also a Counselling Supervisor and able to offer Clinical Supervision for both trainee and qualified couns
